Resource Development Committee:   The committee establishes allocation goals and objectives that advance the mission of the United Way of Whitley County, ensures that the organization's resources are used efficiently and effectively to address community needs through the allocation process, and is responsible for carrying out the allocation process annually.  Members: Kevin Rupp, Barb Bilger, Scott Trier, Cindy Barnett, Pat Mossburg, and Dr. Lane Burgland.

Day of Caring Committee:   This committee will plan and execute the annual Day of Caring event - a day of volunteering across the county.  Members: Donna Weber, and Dr. Lane Burgland,

Finance Committee:   This committee will ensure the organization’s financial stability by providing oversight on its budget and investments.  Members: Barb Bilger, Sue Roman, Dave Lehman, Jill Coon, and Melinda Woll.
